MANUFACTURER MANUAL EXCERPT · 1/1
Reviewed menu evidence for GY-HM850 / GY-HM890 family from the archived manual, page 140.
Duplicate filenames normally prompt before overwrite.
Limits and warnings
A supported HOST USB network adapter is required.
Automatic post-record and chunked uploads are not documented for this family manual.
HTTP FTP proxy mode supports only FTP and changes overwrite behavior.
The family manual does not document resume; re-send the whole clip after an interruption.
Use the current JVC adapter compatibility list because older USB adapters may no longer be available.
Prove it on your body
Run this checklist on the exact body, firmware, network, and media format you will use on assignment.
